Our Story
Not a gap in the market.
A conviction about where this city was heading.
Emily and Mohamed did not open Art of Grooming because there was a gap in the market. They opened it because they could see exactly where Dubai was heading, and they wanted to be there before everyone else caught up.
Expo City is not a suburb. It is the next centre of gravity for this city. The metro connections, the residential developments, the Dubai Exhibition Centre drawing executives and delegates from every corner of the world. This is where the professionals are moving, gathering, and building.
They watched a community of driven, high-standard men arrive here and quietly accept a compromise no one should have to make: drive forty minutes across the city, or settle for less. That was the moment. Not a slow decision. A conviction.
They opened in 2021, at the height of Expo 2020, when the world descended on Dubai and this address became one of the most visited places on earth. Delegates, executives and professionals from every country arrived at the Exhibition Centre two minutes from our door. Art of Grooming was there to meet them, chair ready, standards uncompromised.

With a combined 17 years of barbershop and salon experience across the UAE, Emily and Mohamed built Art of Grooming on the belief that professional men of Dubai’s fastest-growing corridor never had to compromise. They just needed someone with the conviction to show up first.
